Elliot Sigal has over 25 years of experience in human health risk assessment, ecological risk assessment, toxicology, risk communication and risk management. He has completed Safe Harbor Assessments under Proposition 65 for listed chemicals in consumer products, including furniture.

How to Set Up a Prop 65 Testing Program

Mike Monaco has worked as a project engineer in manufacturing for over 20 years, including as a technical consultant for a consumer product testing company for over four years and as a senior project engineer in testing/consulting for Bureau Veritas Consumer Product Services Inc. for over 15 years. In his current role, he works with clients in the manufacturing, distribution, import and retail sectors by offering consulting and specialized testing for consumer product lines. He also has assembled a group of technical individuals who develop specialized testing and assessment programs for Prop 65 Safe Harbor Assessments.
